By accessing or using the S&D Cleaning Services LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

S&D Cleaning Services LLC provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to apartment turnovers, standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and restoration services. Our platform allows property managers to schedule cleaning services, track job progress, and manage their properties.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Information We Collect

When you use our Services, we collect:

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address
  • Business Information: Company name, property addresses, billing information
  • Usage Data: Service requests, scheduling history, communication preferences
  • Device Information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers for security purposes

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

S&D Cleaning Services SMS Alert Program

By opting in to receive SMS notifications from S&D Cleaning Services LLC, you agree to the following:

  • Program Description: Our SMS program sends appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, service updates, job status notifications, and account alerts related to your cleaning services.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences. You may receive up to 10 messages per week depending on your scheduled services and enabled alert preferences.
  • Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
  • Opt-Out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS alerts. You may also disable SMS alerts in your account settings.
  • Help: For assistance, text HELP to any message or contact us at support@sanddcleaningservices.com or call (469) 625-8280.
  • Carriers: Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most other major US carriers. Service may not be available on all carriers.

6. Scheduling and Cancellation

Cleaning appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance for standard pricing. Appointments scheduled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to an urgency fee. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and collection fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, S&D CLEANING SERVICES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
  • Any content obtained from the Services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless S&D Cleaning Services LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
